LTE INTERNET POLICY/AGREEMENT
Return Policy: 7 days from the date of pickup/delivery. If you do not like the service for any reason you will recieve a refund of the first month and price of the unit minus a $50.00 activation/restocking fee. The unit must be in NEAR NEW condtion with box and all accessories included when you return the unit. Failure to return the box or any accessories may result in a reduced refund rate to compensate for the goods not returned. There are no device refunds after 7 days. Autopay: Payment will be deducted automatically from the card or ACH info on file the same day each month which will be the date of service activation. If payment is declined and not paid in full within 7 days the service will be terminated and a $50.00 activation fee will be assessed to reactivate the service. Device warranty: The device warranty from manufacture defect is 90 days. Please keep the box and all accessories during this period. Customer caused incidents will not be covered. Cancellation: To cancel the service at anytime please provide an email to office@getjts.com with CANCEL in the subject and message.THE SIM CARD MUST BE RETURNED TO JASON'S TECH SERVICES. Failure to return the sim card will result in a fee of $100.00. Support/Service: Phone support via call or message is included in the service if you have an issue that requires an in home service call normal service rates will apply. Changes in service and or pricing: Plans and prices are subject to change at any given time. You will be notified if either of these happen via the email address we have on file. If at any given time you don't agree to the changes you may cancel your service as there is no obligation to continue service. While we dont anticipate any big changes distrubutors and vendors can change plans/pricing to JTS without much notice. In the event a plan does change and is no longer available you will be refunded the portion of your monthly that service was not provided. No contract/no obligation: You have no contract and can cancel anytime. Jason's Tech Services Llc also has no obligation to keep service running if a distributor or vendor cancels plans.
